Shipping Policy

At BUZZ FOR BUYS, we are committed to processing your orders with care and efficiency.

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation depending on the product inventory level. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with tracking information is sent to the customer. Please indicate your daytime address for delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day. All times are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT).

Pre-Orders and Backorders: For products marked as pre-order or backorder, the 2–3 business day processing time begins only once the stock has physically arrived at our supplier's warehouse, not at the time of order placement. We will notify you of expected restock dates where available. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further details on pre-order timeframes.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays. Any incorrect address details result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. BUZZ FOR BUYS will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.

Change of Address: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at buzzforbuys@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. While we will make every effort to accommodate the change, we cannot guarantee it once the order has been transmitted to our third-party suppliers for processing. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel.

Split Deliveries: As we source products from multiple independent third-party suppliers across different locations (primarily China), a single order containing multiple items may be dispatched in several separate parcels. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel dispatched. Please track all provided tracking numbers to ensure full receipt of your order. Do not be alarmed if items arrive on different days.

Delays and Exceptions:

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures, local carrier issues, or external factors beyond our control. BUZZ FOR BUYS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at buzzforbuys@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. As a goodwill gesture, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund; however, this is not guaranteed. The risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch to the carrier as detailed in our Terms of Service. Please note that delivery times may be significantly extended during peak periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and major sales events.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologise if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to BUZZ FOR BUYS.

Shipping method:

We use standard delivery shipping method (e.g. Standard) per product.

Shipping cost does not include bulk sending options.

We offer international free trackable shipping. You get end-to-end tracking for our products. You will be able to see exactly where your package is at every step.

Currency Display & Pricing Policy

For Our Overseas Customers (Currency Conversion)

To make shopping easier for our international guests, our website automatically detects your location and estimates our prices in your local currency.

Please note the following regarding this feature:

  • This feature is designed for your convenience: If you are browsing from outside Australia, the price you see is automatically converted into your regional currency using real-time exchange rates.

  • This is an estimate only: The local currency amount displayed is not the final charge. It is a guide to help you understand the approximate cost in your own currency.

  • All transactions are in AUD: Regardless of what currency you see on the screen, every order is processed and settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The AUD price is the official price of the product.

  • Your bank determines the final charge: The exact amount debited from your account in your local currency will depend on the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or payment provider at the time of purchase.

Important Tax Information (Applies to All Customers)

Regardless of whether you see prices in AUD or your local currency, please be aware of the following:

  • All displayed prices are GST-exclusive: The price you see on our website—whether in AUD or your converted local currency—does not include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • GST is added at checkout for Australian deliveries: If your shipping address is within Australia, the 10% GST will be automatically calculated and added to your order total during the final checkout step. You will see this as a separate line item before you confirm payment.

  • International orders are GST-free: Orders shipped outside of Australia are not subject to Australian GST. However, they may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

Delivery Policy

The delivery time depends on each product and customer's country. Delivery time changes in between 10 - 50 days and stated in calendar days. The delivery time maybe longer than expected during the high season and national holidays. BUZZ FOR BUYS doesn't take the responsibility for the product delivery delays that caused by third party services. Product Delivery Tracking number is available.

Estimated delivery timeframes by region (from dispatch date):

  • Australia: 5–15 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • United States / Canada / UK: 15–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 20–50 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or events outside our control.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card or update your tracking with redelivery instructions. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to sender, and re-delivery charges will apply.

Authority to Leave:  By default, our third-party carriers may attempt to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it (Authority to Leave) or may leave a notification card for redelivery or collection at a local depot. This decision is made at the carrier's discretion. If you do not wish for the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature, please contact us prior to dispatch so we can flag this request with the carrier. BUZZ FOR BUYS is not responsible for parcels that are stolen, lost, or missing after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the specified address or left it in accordance with their Authority to Leave policy.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost parcels) at buzzforbuys@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivered But Not Received: If your tracking number indicates that your parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, but you have not physically received it, you must notify us via email at buzzforbuys@gmail.com within 5 business days of the stated delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may hinder our ability to file a successful claim with the carrier, and we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbours, building managers, or local depots before contacting us.

Undeliverable Parcels & Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being unclaimed, we will contact you via email. You will have the option to:

  • Pay a re-delivery fee to have the order reshipped to a corrected address; or

  • Receive a refund for the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

BUZZ FOR BUYS is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes levied by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. BUZZ FOR BUYS has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have concerns about import fees.

Prohibited Items & Customs Seizure: Certain countries impose strict restrictions or prohibitions on specific product categories (including but not limited to cosmetics, food supplements, electronics with lithium batteries, and plant-based materials). It is your sole responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering comply with your local import regulations and customs laws before placing an order. If customs authorities seize, hold, destroy, or return your parcel due to prohibited items, non-compliance, insufficient documentation, or unpaid duties, BUZZ FOR BUYS is not liable for any loss, and no refund or replacement will be issued for parcels seized or destroyed by customs.
