1-DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery takes?

All orders are prepared and shipped soon after payment cleared. This depends on the product inventory level. Once the order is shipped, the email notification is sent to the customer. Estimated delivery time depends on your country's distance and transportation. Generally in between 10 days - 50 business days.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched , you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders during shipping phase with free of charge.

What are the requirements for a faulty item?

Please send us the following info: 

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos / videos that show the fault as clearly as possible
  • Full-length photo of the item

 If I'm not there to receive my package?

If you can’t change your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded in full. 

 

2-ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, If your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to amend your delivery addresses some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If the option isn’t available on your tracking link, then the courier doesn’t have the ability to do this. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.

 

3-ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Delivery and Return Policy page.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see our Delivery and Return Policy page.

Missing an item from my order

Contact us immediately  with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive

Sent me the wrong item

Contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received.

You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.

Still haven't received my refund.

Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take longer (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. If your return is marked as delivered, you will be in touch by email by asking .

1-Proof  of postage (like a receipt)

2-The tracking number.

3-Your order number.

IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER

GIFT CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD.

 

4-CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

You may have additional import fees upon delivery. Please check the following important infos.

AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

NEW ZEALAND - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

USA - For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Buzforbuys,  a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
