Return Policy

By purchasing from www.buzzforbuys.com you agree with this agreement.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any items returned back to us with stains or signs of wear, that have not been reported will not be accepted or exchanged.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at BUZZFORBUYS. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

1- To start a return, contact us at BUZZFORBUYS.

2-  Attach your receipt or proof of purchase, product picture/video and describe the issue with Order number and product SKU.

3- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at BUZZFORBUYS.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy Conditions

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept items like pacifiers, bottles, nursing supplies, and soft items such as stuffed animals. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way will be the responsibility of the sender.
  • Partial goods of a complete sets cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.

 Please send the item(s) back to us through a LOCAL POST OFFICE instead of using the express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.

We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Address

Please contact us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your original package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will provide you the address when you contact to us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in 21 days or less. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

Orders are generally shipped in 24 hrs so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.
